Founder, Dan Sullivan
After an enjoyable career across various roles in training, talent development, and strategic partnerships, I decided it was time to put everything I’ve learned into my own venture.
People Engagement Hub is built on diverse experiences, lessons learned, and a desire to work on the things I’m truly passionate about, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be in this position.
I owe a long list of supporters my sincere thanks for the advice, mentorship, and belief along the way!
The idea for People Engagement Hub came from some key realisations; Overwhelmed Teams 'People' teams are stretched, often juggling too much with limited bandwidth. This can lead to less effective initiatives and dented morale. Ad-hoc support can help land those big-ticket items when it matters most. Management Gaps People initiatives need support from all management levels. Too often, a lack of managerial skill, not intent, hinders success. An effective comms strategy, consistent coaching and reinforced learning are key, and without it, initiatives stumble. Technology has gone insane! There’s going to be more changes to the way we work and learn in the next two years than we’ve seen in the last ten. I’m excited about where things are heading in the people space, especially with Gen AI and automation, and how it can augment what we do. It’s vital that organisations keep up rather than catch up. I've stepped into this space to provide the support I know I can offer effectively, whether that's strategy, execution, or just helping get the day-to-day right. I'm not alone on this journey! People Engagement Hub includes my strategy and delivery experience with an in-house media and design proficiency, but also a network of associates we really trust. It's a chance to collaborate with some incredible partners and to get stuck into all sorts of projects that support businesses moving forward, but more importantly, help people develop and enjoy what they do.
